We loved the house . The neighborhood was quiet and quaint Locations was perfect . The home abuts a canal and we saw beautiful sunsets ..the home is Close to lots of great restaurants and bars with live entertainment Bike paths Golf courses and beaches Everything was within 15 minutes and the home owner provided a great list of recommendations which was extremely helpful Can’t wait to go back !!! Highly recommend

Florida vacation

House was very comfortable. Very quite and nice neighborhood. Looked like the whole interior had recently been remodeled. Beds were very comfortable. Pool area was well layout. Our only concern was that there were no chaise lounge chairs for the pool area. The backyard was fenced in and overlooked the canal and was very spacious. Overall a great place to stay.

Fantastic home ! Clean , nicely updated home and the location is excellent , Boys golfed for three days.There are plenty of courses to choose from. while us gals went to the beach headed to manasota key ( only 15 minutes away ) boca grande was just a quick 15 minute ride and we enjoyed a day of boating on the sandbar and got to see dolphins too. Highly recommend the home located on the canal with a pretty pool enclosed with a lanai. We will definitely go back!!!

Nice house and well stocked home. Management company Vasaca Horrible!

The property was very nice and the home was beautiful. The neighborhood was very family friendly, safe and clean. The problem with our stay was the management company Vacasa. We had a lot of trouble getting the address and check in information. We had booked and paid for our stay months ahead of time. I understand that you do not receive the check in info until a week before your stay but Vacasa did not give out the info until less than 24 hours before our stay. When we arrived the code they gave us to get in was wrong and we tried for 2 hours to get ahold of them. Vrbo was able to get everything cleared up. The house was clean but the pool was very dirty . We once again contacted Vasaca to let them know and they did not keep us updated on the status. I had to call serval times and the pool was not cleaned until 4 days in to our stay. The bottom was slimy and covered in dead worms . The home was nice but we will never use Vacasa again!
