I don't know how we lucked out to get this gem last minute but I was overwhelmingly pleased with this property and the attention to detail. It was a really enjoyably home with incredible value, perfect location, wonderful neighborhood, walkable to the best coffee spot Jaspers, beautifully remodeled bathrooms, high quality stainless steel cookware, incredibly generous stocked kitchen, everything clearly labeled throughout the house and 2 parking spots. Balboa island is so quaint and charming and feels so special. The host was extremely accommodating and thought of everything. This home has a lot of character and exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely love to stay here again if it's available.
