Easy Breezy Beach Rental

We had a great stay at The Rookery. The house was very clean and had an easy check in, out process. This housed 4 families with young children comfortably. Really nice sun room with some toys and games that was great for our group! The proximity to the beach can’t be beat!

Perfect Family Get Away

This home is beautiful! It's perfect for a family or even a group of friends for the weekend. The location is great. The walk to the beach is super easy and you can bike almost everywhere you need to go. Super convenient to shops and restaurants. Will definitely return!

Weekend Beach Getaway

This house was great for everything we needed. Rt.1 being between our house and the beach didn’t allow for too much independent walking of our younger teens, but it was a short walk. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach toys, games and bikes were a fun bonus.

The home was nicely furnished, It was a surprise to all of us that we needed to purchase the linen package in order to have sheets and towels. Also the VRBO did not have adequate toilet paper and soaps for the bathrooms. No Kitchen towels and no additional paper towel, all these items had to be purchased at the grocery store in order to enjoy our stay!!!

Fall Getaway

Nice house. Close to the beach. The digital lock on the front door was broken and we could not get in which was very frustrating. Finally, after 2 hours back and forth on the phone and texting with the office, they sent someone out to fix it. We felt that the response time was unacceptable and that the lock should have been checked between rentals to make sure it was in working order.

Not Worth the expense

The house is very close to the beach, which was very nice. It does not look like any effort was made to clean it prior to our arrival. Food was left in both refrigerators and the upstairs toilet was back up and smelled horrible. The ground floor bedroom had spiders all over the walls. It was just very disappointing.
