My family and I stayed 5 nights, which felt like it was not enough. We came into town for a family reunion in ABQ, and we were about 20 min from everyone. When you book, make sure to check in right on time, and enjoy every minute of your stay. There was more than enough room for all of us, we had 4 adults and 2 kids. My youngest turned into a fish the whole time we were there. Between the pool and spa, he just couldn't get out of the water. We stopped at a local retailer and picked up a few pool toys to entertain the kids, stocked up on plenty of snacks, drinks and food to BBQ during our stay. Plenty of propane available, which was great. The house stayed remarkably cool the whole time we were there, I never even checked the thermostat, even on the hottest day during our stay. The property is somewhat in the upper area compared to the flat land of ABQ, so we did get quite the breeze during the evening, so make sure to bring in all your belongings. We enjoyed the grounds during the day and walked around a bit. We spotted a roadrunner, a rabbit, and heard the coyotes a few nights, which the kids were so excited to experience. Wi-Fi reception was great, so if you have to go online to work for a bit, or just surf the internet, you will be able to get consistent reception. The property is very well lit, so in the evening you can still safely and freely move around the gated property. Or just stay up near the pool and stargaze on a clear night. Definitely would stay again!

This house was very nice, the landscaping was all new. We spent most of our time in the backyard, in the new heated pool, hot tub, grilled steaks, has a small fire pit and we made S’mores. The view of the Mountains from the backyard is Amazing!! The property was very private, had lots of trees, bushes, rose bushes, new path lights on both side of the driveway, in the backyard too. We felt safe staying at this property and had a great time.
