You’ll be staying on the ground floor of a bright and cosy 48 m² two-room holiday apartment that sleeps up to 4 people. From your balcony, you’ll look out onto the quiet courtyard and can enjoy the first rays of morning sun with a cup of coffee.

The living area is modern and invitingly furnished: a comfortable double sofa bed, satellite TV with free Sky TV, free Wi-Fi, a stereo system with a CD player, a telephone, and a safe ensure entertainment and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and spacious dining area, is perfect for cooking and dining together. The separate bedroom features a cosy double bed, satellite TV with free Sky TV, and a radio alarm clock. The bathroom is bright and modern, with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer.

For moments of relaxation, the in-house swimming pool is available to you free of charge during your stay. If you’d like to enjoy some wellness, you can use the sauna area for a fee. You can easily reach your private underground parking space via the lift—making your holiday begin the moment you arrive.



Modern and right in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen—that’s the Residenz Seestern. The four apartment buildings are located not far from the beach and the pier. The beautiful spa park and shops for daily necessities are also just a few minutes away.

You can spend relaxing days in the on-site wellness area when the weather isn’t cooperating. The swimming pool is available to you free of charge during your stay, and the sauna area can be used for a fee.
For our younger guests, there’s a playground in the complex’s courtyard. The apartments are also equipped with child-friendly amenities, so nothing stands in the way of a family holiday.
On the ground floor of the Seestern Residence, you can treat yourself to a meal at various restaurants. You’ll also find an ice cream shop and our front desk right here in the complex. At our front desk, you can rent strollers, handcarts, baby bathtubs, travel cots, and high chairs (for a fee). Child safety outlet covers and children’s toilet seats are available free of charge at the front desk upon request.
Your well-equipped two-bedroom holiday apartment, which accommodates up to four people, features a balcony or terrace, free Wi-Fi, and Sky TV. You can easily access the apartment by lift, and a parking space is available for your car in the underground garage. There is also a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as a space for your bicycles.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
