With our home we are offering family games included inside and outdoor games to enjoy in our private backyard. Excellent spot in Yarmouth. Very nice, quiet and clean property with plenty of outdoor space with a fire pit and comfortable chairs. Close to beaches, stores and restaurants. Perfect Cape getaway!

Lovely 4 bedroom home in yarmouthport. Great location close to beaches, shops, groceries, restaurants without being in the hustle of busy route 28. Everyone had their own space if they needed it (4 bedrooms were perfect for our family). Lots of time shared in the living room area just chatting and playing games. Outside we enjoyed a campfire in the evening. The beach chairs came in handy. Unfortunately one of us locked the house keys in the house and I texted the owner who responded immediately to solve our problem. We really enjoyed our time in yarmouthport.

A great house. Nicely renovated. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean. Great outdoor space though we couldn't take advantage due to a Nor' Easter. Jane was a super, responsive host.

Jane’s place was perfect for our two families traveling together. It had plenty of room and was perfectly stocked with the essentials for us. We appreciated the baby/toddler supplies, as well as a great outdoor entertaining area. The location is convenient to many things and it is located on a low traveled road which made it easy to let the older kids play outside without worry. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I have lived in Massachusetts our whole lives. Cape Cod has always been our Summer retreat. We have owned this home for over 25 years. We spent Summers here with our 3 Sons. We spent many days at Grays Beach collecting crabs, biking on the bike trail, and nights we loved going to Wellfleet Drive-In! Now that our boys are older they are enjoying the Cape and exploring new beaches, pirate museum, mini golf, and area restaurants with their children. We have always appreciated having our home which is so close to so many activities and beaches. We have always shared our home with our family and friends hosting them. Airbnb is a similar way to share our love of the Cape!

Why they chose this property

The house is in a family neighborhood with one street in and out. It was a great neighborhood for our boys to ride their bikes and be close by. The house has a big back yard for the kids to play, a fence for privacy and trees in the back for a woodsy feel. The kitchen and living room are open to each other and we loved that about the house.

What makes this property unique

Our home is so close to everything! Is a 5 to 10 minute drive to the best beaches and amenities on the Cape but is in a very quiet neighborhood. There is a grocery store and Cape Cod Rail Trail Bike Parking Lot one mile away. We love exploring the Cape so it is 30 minutes to the Wellfleet Drive-In or one hour to P-Town.
