Dine inside on the quartz island or sit outside on the new deck or sit in the private backyard and enjoy a cozy fire by the fire pit on the Adirondack chairs! Whether you’re getting ready for the day or winding down, the house offers all new appliances, ice maker in full size fridge, microwave, fully loaded kitchen with dishes, crockpot, blender, toaster, air fryer, lobster/clam boil pot for family dinners. This wonderful home invites you to unwind and make lasting memories. Located one mile from Station Ave Bike Trailhead, grocery store and restaurants. A short drive to Dennis or Yarmouth beaches! With our home we are offering family games included inside and outdoor games to enjoy in our private backyard. If you would like to experience the Cape Cod Rail Trail the house offers two adult bikes that you may use at your own risk. We hope you enjoy what our place and Yarmouth Port has to offer.
