Great property with accommodating hosts. We appreciated that the kitchen had any cooking utensils we needed, neighborhood was quiet with lots of nearby amenities, and even with our party of 10 there were plenty of pool and bath towels. Would stay again!

This was the perfect stay for our family and family friends. The kids played in the pool all day and the adults enjoyed lounging on the Baja ledge. The hosts were communicative and everything was seamless. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay, the pool was an absolute gem, we loved the fire pit and the spacious open kitchen. We already want to plan our next trip back! I think this rental is perfect for a vacation where you really want to enjoy the property, and relax at the house for a majority of the trip!

Great backyard setting

Ironman Indian wells trip

Larrea was the perfect place for our stay. There was 3 of us down for the Ironman (6 in total) the location was perfect, close to the tennis garden, the lake, shopping etc and on a quiet cul de sac Would definitely stay here again.

My husband stayed here for memorial day weekend for his bach with a few friends. The house was enormous and from what I heard, everyone loved it. It was on a golf course and there was a pool and hot tub in the back yard that they just used the entire time and stargazing at night. We would definitely get another group hang out in at this property if possible. The only thing is that quiet hours start at 9 PM which is a bit early, but it seems like it's the city's law, so nothing we can do about that.

Great Property

Great property and location. Very close to La Quinta resort. Shopping is near by. Plenty of space for everyone and great outdoor space. The only thing we didn’t know was the extra charge for the pool which we decided not to use due to the $150 per day charge. Loved our stay overall though.

Everything was great. The bunk beds were very rickety though, not appropriate for wine drinking adult females to sleep in. But we had plenty of room without.

Awesome house and location

Our family had the most wonderful time at the house snd especially the backyard pool area! The kids doenf one entire day in the pool and the stilts in the spa. We asked the pool to be heated to 84 which was perfect and I’m so glad they could accommodate! Otherwise it would be too cool for kids to stay in all day.

Very nice property

There were 10 gal pals staying for five nights. While we had a little trouble initially with the spa/pool heat, it finally go sorted and was fine for the remainder of our stay. Management was very responsive to our inquiries and requests. It is an excellent location - near shopping, groceries, restaurants. The outdoor area, especially around the pool, was incredible and very inviting. We spent most of our daytime in/around the spa and pool. Large indoor dining area seated all of us comfortably. The beds and linens were very nice and the layout allowed for quiet bedrooms even if people were up and carrying on in the living areas. Overall, a good experience in a wonderful location.
