The 4th bedroom boasts an exquisitely designed bunk room with a double bed and two single beds. This level has a second main bathroom and a laundry.

The third level is the affectionately known as the Crows Nest. It is a sitting room with panoramic views looking out to Kauwau Island, the beach and surrounding.

This is a classic coastal home designed to make the most of sea breezes. While there is no air-conditioning, the house has windows positioned throughout to create natural cross-breezes, and fans are provided in every room. Being just metres from the water, evenings are often cooler and comfortable with windows open.


There are 3 parking spaces available. Two beside the house and one in Park 30 as you come into the property. There is also visitor parking.
