Pine Knoll Cabin - Private Wooded 5 Acre Lot, Dog Friendly

Classic timber frame cabin nestled on five peaceful acres in the heart of Brownfield, offering the
perfect blend of rustic charm, modern comfort, and outdoor adventure. Surrounded by towering
pines and just a short walk from the Saco River, it’s an ideal retreat for families, couples, and
nature enthusiasts seeking a memorable getaway in every season.

Nearby, 180 acres of private association woodlands give guests direct access to miles of scenic
hiking and biking trails, beaches and the Saco river. Wildlife sightings are common—deer often
wander through the property, and the wideopen night sky creates a spectacular backdrop for
stargazing. Well behaved dogs are warmly welcomed here, and they’ll love the expansive open
play area bordered by an invisible fence and framed by the surrounding forest. (Invisible Fence
brand fence installed, your own collar(s) required).

The cabin’s warm timber frame construction creates a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The fully
equipped kitchen includes cookware, service ware, and everything needed to prepare meals at
home. The second story master suite features a luxurious bath with a jet whirlpool tub—perfect
for unwinding after a day of exploring. A lower-level gaming area includes ski ball, foosball, ping
pong, and air hockey, making it a hit with kids and adults alike.

Outside, a spacious screened porch offers ample seating and a dining area where you can enjoy
morning coffee, afternoon reading, or evening conversations while listening to the sounds of the
woods. A fire pit—surrounded by Adirondack chairs—sets the stage for s’mores, storytelling,
and quiet nights under the stars. An outdoor side deck features a gas grill expanding options for
convenient on-site dining.

The location offers both seclusion and convenience. Brownfield’s local jewel for dining and
entertainment, the Stone Mountain Arts Center, is a must visit destination just minutes from the
cabin. Also within minutes is the charming town of Fryeburg, home to local cafés, bakeries, and
the famous Fryeburg Fairgrounds. A short drive brings you to North Conway, where you’ll find
outlet shopping, restaurants, breweries, and familyfriendly attractions. Outdoor enthusiasts will
appreciate easy access to canoeing and tubing on the Saco River, a multitude of local trails
featuring scenic vistas, 40 miles of snowmobile trails, skiing at Pleasant Mountain and nearby
Cranmore, snowshoeing, fishing, and scenic drives through the White Mountains.

We had a wonderful long weekend at this cabin and would absolutely stay here again. The house was beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that a lot of care has gone into making it a welcoming place to relax. One of our favorite moments was watching deer wander through the yard from the front porch. It made the peaceful setting feel even more special. We spent our days exploring the area and our evenings unwinding at the cabin, and it was exactly the relaxing getaway we were hoping for.Keith, the owner, was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process, which made everything seamless. We highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful escape. We left feeling refreshed and already talking about when we can come back. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful place with us!
