This newly renovated and bright 2-room apartment for up to 4 people in the heart of Scharbeutz is located on the 2nd floor and offers a beautiful side view of the Baltic Sea from the east-facing balcony.
The cosy living and dining area is equipped with a high-quality and comfortable sleeper sofa, two armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system. The dining table seats 4 people.
The integrated, open kitchenette with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment has everything you need, from breakfast to dinner.
The separate bedroom features a cosy double bed with two separate mattresses (1.80 x 2.00 m, 55 cm high), a spacious wardrobe, and a second flat-screen TV.
There is a modern and newly renovated bathroom with a shower and toilet (photos to follow). The entire apartment features allergy-friendly vinyl flooring
During the 2026 summer season from May 15 to September 15, a beach chair will be available exclusively for you.
An underground parking space is included. The maximum clearance height is 1.80 m.
A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the communal basement. Pets are not allowed here! This is a non-smoking apartment.

This family-friendly holiday home is just a stone’s throw from the beach and the beautiful, newly redesigned beach promenade. Only the pedestrian zone—with its cosy restaurants, cafes, and, not to mention, charming boutiques—separates the complex from the magnificent sandy beach. All 2- and 3-room apartments feature balconies with partial ocean views and are individually furnished. The building includes a washing machine and dryer, as well as an underground car park and a bicycle storage room. An lift is available.
