Dear guests, a warm welcome!<br>At Haus Auguste, we offer you a spacious and modernly furnished 2-room holiday apartment on the Warnemünde Baltic Sea coast, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach.<br><br>The light-filled Seeschwalbe holiday apartment is located on the 3rd floor (top floor). You can access the balcony through the cosy living room, which features a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a large corner couch. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and a microwave. The apartment also features a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom, which features a shower, towel dryer, and hair dryer, has a window that lets in natural light.<br><br>The 50-square-meter holiday apartment is reserved for non-smokers. <br><br>Pets are not permitted. <br><br>A private, free parking space next to the building as well as a shared storage room in the basement for bicycles, strollers, etc., are available to you.<br><br>The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,<br>(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels, shower mat).<br><br>Bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, etc.—everything is just around the corner.<br><br>We’re happy to answer any questions you may have and are always available by phone.
