This lovingly furnished 47 m² apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern high-rise building and offers you comfort and relaxation.<br><br>The spacious living room features a large window wall that offers a stunning view of the surroundings and lets in plenty of natural light.<br>Here, you can lean back on a cosy sofa and relax while enjoying a TV night together.<br><br>The adjoining dining area offers plenty of space for up to four people, ideal for shared meals or social gatherings.<br>Directly adjacent to it is the balcony, which invites you to enjoy beautiful moments throughout the day—whether it’s breakfast in the sun or a cosy end to an eventful day.<br><br>The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (140x200 mattress) and a practical closet, so you can neatly store your clothes.<br>In the second bedroom, you’ll find a sofa bed (140x200 mattress) for additional guests, as well as a small desk that offers a quiet place to work or reflect.<br><br>The bathroom is small but nice and offers everything you need for your daily hygiene—from the shower to convenient storage options.<br><br>The kitchen is also well-equipped and includes everything you need to prepare meals, from cooking utensils to modern appliances.<br><br>All rooms in the holiday rental can be completely darkened with curtains, so you can always retreat and enjoy your privacy. You’ll need one linens package per person.<br>Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one flat sheet per bed; 1 large shower towel; 1 small hand towel; and, in addition, for each holiday rental (regardless of the number of laundry packages booked) 1 shower mat (per bathroom) and 2 tea towels.<br><br>The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest tax is assessed and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travellers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons.
