Loved the decks overlooking the lake and the house was very nice. Big issue was all the floor height differences and low ceilings making it a bit hazardous for our multigenerational and tall family (lots of tripping and head bumps). Also having only 1 bath on the main level and 1 in the lower level requiring bedroom access was inconvenient. Would recommend stating this in the description as well as which floors the bedrooms/baths are located. Great for younger families but not so much for seniors.

Cute and clean house — we really appreciated that it accepts dogs. The decks were lovely and we enjoyed using them a couple of mornings, and evenings.A few things worth noting for future guests: the ceilings are quite low. We had to turn off some of the fans because taller people in our group would have hit their heads. There are also several small steps throughout the house, including a big step down from the dining room into the living room and a small step up into each bedroom.We were in town for a wedding and needed to hang longer dresses, but there weren’t any closets with available hanging space.Overall it was a clean, dog-friendly place with nice outdoor areas, just be aware of the low ceilings, door heights, and steps if you have taller guests or mobility considerations

Everything was great with the house, cleanliness, space etc. sadly it rained so we couldn’t enjoy the decks or lake. Obviously not the fault of the host. We had a couple messages that didn’t get answered regarding use of the indoor fireplace (the rain made it cold) or the awning which would have given us time outside in light rain. Wasn’t sure how to use. Lovely spot
