The place was great and as described. Very clean and outside area was beautiful. Location was ideal and can water taxi to the main beach which my daughter loved.

Pictures were exact. The cottage was better than expected super clean. Location was great … 2min walk to south beach and 15 min walk to Main Street shopping and restaurants. Perfect get away spot.

This place was spectacular and would definitely stay here if we were visiting the region. The proximity to the beach while being in a quiet and within 15 walk of the core restaurant area was very well located. Loved the front porch where we'd enjoy coffee in the morning and watch the day come to life. Strongly recommend this place as you won't be disappointed.

Clean and beautiful property ! Second bedroom is quite small but still works. King bed is actually 2 beds together, but was still good. No necessary items like salt etc so bring everything you need.

Property was very clean. Ordered linens and towels. When we arrived the linens were not in the cottage. Maid delivered after a bit. Towels and cloths were very poor. Had to use ones our friends who live locally loaned us. Clean property eith marvelous outdoor living options. Loved the porches!! And the location.

Property was clean and nice. View was good from front porch of AuSable River and Lake Huron. Sunsets nice. There is a road right next to the property with a bit of traffic including vehicle, bicycle, e-bike, pets and pedestrian. It is a one way street but vehicles using illegally. If you don't mind this you will be ok. Downstairs bedroom has no dresser or closet so not really functional without using upstairs closet. You cannot control the thermostat at the property which had us reaching out twice because it was too cold inside the house and didn't seem to have access to the gas fireplace inside. You will need to bring hand towels for bath and kitchen along with bath towels and linens.Bring TP and paper towels, Bring any condiments and spices you will need to cook.
