If you're expecting a private house with no neighbours and a private pool this place is not for you. The description of the property at best was misleading , the host actually lives right next door, the pool is communal shared with other houses, None of this in the description. The pool area is grubby as are all the soft furnishings around the pool. The host may well respond to this review with a hard defense they are entitled to but VRBO agreed that the description was misleading, we stayed one night and left the next day, the host was quite aggressive in their manner

We strongly disagree with this review and the claim that we were “aggressive.” On arrival, this guest was extremely positive about the property and expressed how beautiful everything was, with no complaints whatsoever. The situation changed the following day, only after we addressed the unacceptable condition in which the pool area had been left, with wet and dirty cushions on the ground and the area extremely untidy. Asking a guest firmly to respect our home and facilities is not aggression. The listing clearly states that the accommodation is part of a Mallorcan manor house; it is not advertised as an isolated private house with nobody else on the property. For accuracy, the guest did not simply decide to leave because he was dissatisfied: following the incident and subsequent interaction, we asked him to leave. Our home is very personal and maintained with great care and attention to detail, as consistently reflected in our guest reviews. There were no issues with Vrbo regarding this matter, contrary to what is stated in this review Upon arrival, the guests saw the property and its surroundings exactly as they are and were absolutely delighted. They repeatedly expressed how beautiful everything was and gave no indication of feeling misled or dissatisfied

Die Finca ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles war ordentlich und sauber ! Die Küche hat alles was man zur Selbstversorgung braucht. Es hat uns auch gefreut dass Mineralwasser in Glasflaschen bereitgestellt wurde. Man kann sich auch guten lokalen Wein bringen lassen. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die Ruhe und der Pool, der Abends wunderschön beleuchtet ist und zum Schwimmen unterm Sternenhimmel einlädt.Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin Miranda war außergewöhnlich. Die Übernahme/Übergabe der Finca verlief reibungslos. Sehr geholfen hat uns auch dass wir am Abreisetag etwas länger bleiben konnten !Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen !

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit einer sehr hilfsbereiten und freundlichen Gastgeberin! Lädt ein zum Wiederkommen :-) Die Lage ist super zentral auf Mallorca und man hat mit dem Auto in jede Richtung circa 30 Minuten Fahrtzeit zu tollen Stränden.

Un havre de paix à Majorque

Nous avons sejourné à la finca de Miranda en famille (deux enfants de 5 ans et 16 mois). Merveilleux séjour, le logement est même mieux qu’en photos. Miranda est disponible et soucieuse que tout soit parfait. La piscine est très agréable et propre, malgré le fait que la finca soit complète nous n’avons croisé presque jamais personne, on se sentait comme à la maison ! Nous sommes restés une semaine et avons pu découvrir l’île. Le petit village de petra est très sympa pour aller boire un verre ou manger sur l’une des deux places.

Für uns leider enttäuschend

Das Gute zuerst: Der Pool ist super und gut gepflegt. Bei der Abreise konnten wir länger bleiben als bis 11 Uhr, das war klasse. Die Managerin ist immer zu erreichen und der Hausmeister kümmert sich gut um angesagte Probleme. Negativ: Auf Fe-Wo haben wir leider keinen Hinweis darauf bekommen, dass es sich um eine Gemeinschaftsanlage handelt, etwas, was wir in der Suche immer ausschließen. Die Terrasse vor dem Haus war nicht zu nutzen, der Schirm in einem viel zu kleinen Ständer, daher nicht benutzbar, also tagsüber zu heiß. Abends draußen noch Spiele machen geht auch nicht, da niergendwo eine normale Lampe ist. Fast alle Liegen haben Schäden, viele abgebrochene Streben und herausstehende Schrauben, zum Teil Wespennester darunter. Der Wäscheständer ist total verrostet. Bei Nutzung von mehr als einer Herdplatte flog schon mal die Sicherung raus. Das Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank hat keine Tür, Eis also unmöglich. Das Waschbecken im "Muschelbad" ist zwar hübsch anzuschauen, bei Benutzung aber gefährlich, wir haben etliche Schrammen abbekommen. Vieles ist auf den ersten Blick schön anzusehen, aber überwiegend unpraktisch und im Weg. Von allen bisherigen gemieteten Fincas und Villen kennen wir einen Wäsche- und Handtuchwechsel nach einer Woche, oft sogar Hausreinigungen zwischendurch. Hier fehlte das. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass wir hier so meckerig sind, das ist sonst garnicht unser Ding. Aber von dem Aufenthalt waren wir wirklich sehr enttäuscht, so haben wir das noch nie erlebt.

Nun zu dieser, mir unverstaendlichen Bewertung. Wie Sie hier schreiben, der Hausmeister kuemmert sich um ANGESAGTE!!!! Probleme. Wenn man aber nichts sagt dann ist es mehr als unfair dann so eine unrealistische Bewertung zu hinterlassen. Wir sind hier teaglich im Einsatz um unseren Gästen eine angenehme Zeit zu bereiten. Alles haben wir auf Reserve, also ein Waeschstaender etc. kann sofort ausgetauscht werden.Schirme und auch die passenden Ständer stehen bereit. Offensichtlich haben Sie das vorhandene Licht nicht gefunden und erstaunlicher Weise jeden Abend draussen gesessen. Nichts gesagt??? Ich verstehe es nicht!!!! Selbst Lampe dazu, gut ist. Wespennest??? Seltsam dieses zu sehen und nichts zu sagen, sollten evtl, andere Gaeste gestochen werden? Wir haben im uebrigen keines entdeckt. Zur Sicherung, noch nie gab es da ein entsprechendes Feedback, möglicherweise hatten Sie die Waschmaschine , den Geschirrspüler. Herd und Toaster und und und gleichzeitig an.....Nun zum Muschelbad, heiss geliebt von unseren Gästen, es ist mir ,uns uns allen ein Rätsel wie man sich daran stossen kann, das ist noch nie und niemanden in all den Jahren passiert. Handtücher etc. wird auf Wunsch ausgetauscht, darauf machen wir beim Eincheck aufmerksam.Es ist schwer nachzuvollziehen das hier so eine, uns so wichtige Betreuung, nicht in Anspruch genommen wurde um hier aufgeführtes zu beheben und dann auf Nachfrage am Abreisetag nichts zu sagen aber eine fast boshafte Bewertung zu hinterlassen.

Es war soooo erholsam und idyllisch. Tolle Lage für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Die Gastgeberin ist immer da und super hilfsbereit.
