This brand-new remodel is nestled within the Waynesville Country Club community and enjoys an unbeatable location just a mile away from both Downtown Waynesville and Downtown Hazelwood. Golf enthusiasts will be thrilled to know there are many golf courses within a short drive. Make sure to stop by Great Smoky Mountains National Park, a must-visit destination for nature enthusiasts, where you can hike, fish, camp, and take in the breathtaking views of the mountains. Other amazing attractions include Waynesville's Main Street, Blue Ridge Parkway (panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys), Cataloochee Ski Area (skiing, snowboarding, and tubing on the slopes), Lake Junaluska (boating, fishing, and hiking), and Haywood Arts Regional Theater.



Upon entering this mountain charmer, you will discover a welcoming sleeping/living space equipped with all the essentials for a breezy stay. The brand-new kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, allowing you to channel your inner chef and surprise your guest with a delicious homemade meal. Spread out comfortably in the living area, furnished with inviting sofas and a smart TV with streaming services, so you can stay up to date with your favorite series. Enjoy the outdoors by gathering around the firepit beneath the starry night sky. Things to Know This unit is at the lower portion of the house. Go to the left of the garage to find the entrance.



Property Layout: Cozy Mountain Hideaway - Unit 1 is located on the lower level at the top of the hill and is attached to the main house, which serves as the owner's quarters. A separate apartment, Cozy Mountain Hideaway – Unit 2, is also attached to the main house on the opposite side or bottom of the hill, and is rented independently. If you're traveling with a larger group, both Unit 1 and Unit 2 can be rented separately to accommodate your group while maintaining separate living spaces.



Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Great location for our needs. The drive up to the house is tricky in the dark if you aren't used to hills. The unit suited our needs with some minor concerns: we arrived late and stopped at the store to get things to make dinner only to find the oven wasn't working. They weren't able to fix it for our stay. The bathtub appeared dirty but is actually stained. There were cobwebs around the pipes in the bathroom. Just an easy fix if someone took time to look. We went to use the grill and it appeared the starter didn't work. Finally we pulled a spare pillow out from the cabinet and found it was stained. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen had adequate supplies for a comfortable stay.

The owners are very nice and it was very cute. The steps going down was steep and it had a little musty smell but all in all very nice.

Cozy home for a relaxing getaway

The studio unit was the perfect size for 2 people. The entire space was inviting and comfortable. The area was quiet and peaceful, which made it perfect for recharging between work assignments.

NC mountain stay

Everything was great except the stairs. They were not listed in the rental description. We are elderly and I am getting over an ankle/leg injury. The stairs were unexpected and quite disappointing. I would not have rented had I known that there were 17 STEEP stairs that I had to go up and down.
