The ground floor features a spacious living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, veranda with panoramic mountain vistas, and an additional toilet. All ground-floor areas have access to a generous terrace providing sea and mountain views.
The upper floor comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and another terrace with mountain views. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart television with streaming services, international channels, and central air conditioning.
A parking space is available near the property for an extra fee at approximately 100 meters away. Shuttle service from or to the airport or train station is available for an extra fee. Upon request, a baby cot and high chair with cutlery are available at no additional cost. A late check-in service is available from 10 pm to 6 am for an extra fee. An elevator is available within the building. Beach towels and bed linens are provided for your convenience. Parties are strictly prohibited. Security cameras and audio recording devices are placed throughout the communal areas.
