David is truly The Ultimate Superhost!! 1st let's talk about the company's customer service--they quickly respond & demonstrate southern hospitality!! Carolyn - our house manager was so kind--even through her texts! David, what a blessing he was! Always checking in & super responsive to the messages on VRBO. I have already recommended him to other family! 2nd - Our House?!! WHAT A GEM! David's attention to detail made me feel like I walker into a Homeworthy or AD episode on HGTV! Beautiful--extremely clean!! The only 'small suggestion' I have is to be a little bit more descriptive on the rental amenities pages....let guests know there is only 1 TV in the entire home. Which also means No TVs in any of the bedrooms! When traveling with others to rent a large 5bdr home, guests may want to break off for privacy and watch their own program. I guess for this property company, when in NOLA everyone should be out enjoying the sites!! LolOtherwise what an awesome, relaxing stay where everyone felt safe & welcomed!
