Summary:
Enjoy New Orleans from this magnificent home just minutes from the French Quarter.

This newly built house has a year-round heated pool, outdoor TV and dining table, double height living room ceilings, and chef's kitchen.

The Space:
You’ll be enjoying the entire house and private backyard/ pool area.


The Backyard/ Pool

The backyard is a true oasis complete with a spacious pool (heated during the winter), an extra large dining table, a chef's grill, and a 75” outdoor TV.


The Dining Room

The dining room has a large custom built dining table that can seat 10 people. The focal point of the room is a massive tryptic of a Pelican that overlooks the dining table.


The Living Room

The living room has comfortable chairs, a large sectional, a 85” HDTV, and another incredible triptych.


The Kitchen

The kitchen has a large refrigerator with filtered water and ice making, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, and toaster. A coffee bar with local coffee is provided.


The Bedrooms

All five bedrooms feature memory foam mattresses, crisp hotel-quality percale sheets, full length mirrors, and blackout curtains. Each bedroom has plenty of hooks and hangers for your clothes and towels.


The Bathrooms + Laundry

The bathrooms feature Malin + Goetz amenities. There are multiple ironing boards and irons.

The Neighborhood:
The house is centrally located between the French Quarter and Garden District. There are coffee shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance and you’ll be a five minute walk from the famous St. Charles Streetcar which you can take to both the French Quarter and Garden District.

Getting Around:
Streetcar: We're a 5 min walk to the St. Charles Streetcar which goes to both the French Quarter and Garden District.

Driving & Walking Times:

Downtown/Warehouse District: 3 minute drive
French Quarter: 6 minute drive
Garden District: 5 minute drive
Superdome: 4 min drive

Parking: There's free on-street parking and you’re allowed to park overnight.

Other Things to Note:
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-8am) are strictly enforced.

For the security of our guests, we have external recording devices (security cameras) located by the front door and back of the house. These are exterior only.

Per City of New Orleans regulations, this property is equipped with a noise monitoring device. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) . This device also monitors occupancy and cigarette smoke.

Monday and Thursday morning pool cleaning and landscape maintenance: On Monday and Thursday mornings (between 8am-11am) Jose comes to check the chemicals and clean the pool and Lauren comes (every other Thursday) to do landscape maintenance.

Wonderfully decorated and thoughtfully appointed! The home was very comfortable and the backyard/ pool is a wonderful retreat from the NOLA heat. The beds, linens, restrooms were all very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this home. The owners are very communicative and friendly!

A wonderful stay!!!

The house was gorgeous-beautifully decorated with gorgeous art! The house was also very clean and very comfortable with plenty of nice seating area and comfortable beds! Communicating with the property owners was very easy, they were very responsive to our questions, and they even graciously allowed us to checkout late. It was a really lovely stay!!!

Perfect Jazz Fest getaway

My husband and I came with a group of friends for jazz fest and had a great stay. The large common areas were great for groups and the pool was perfect for a swim after a hot day at the jazz fest. Good central location and the owner was very responsive. Thank you!

Great group house

The house was great, a few easy walking blocks from St Charles St. Nice that the communal kitchen, living room and pool were at the back of the house. The King size bed rooms were pretty small and no room had much space for your bags or anything for storage. Clean and very comfortable. Had all the basic necessities.

Easter visit..

We had a great stay. Everything was easy and the house Mgmt was very responsive to any questions. The neighborhood had more of a warehouse/industrial feel than residential. Always plenty of street parking available and the street was very brightly lit all night and felt safe (by N.O. standards). The pool was fine for us but it was a good deal smaller than it appeared on the website. Maybe some disclosure about the pool dimensions on the site? Or maybe it was there and I missed it? All being said, we would stay with you again, for sure.
