The "Kaiserhof 3.13" holiday rental is a one-room apartment located on the third floor of the "Kaiserhof" apartment building. The building is right on the ocean, just a few steps from the beach. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people. The building has an lift. The balcony offers a direct view of the ocean.

The apartment has recently been extensively modernised. The living/sleeping area is furnished with a fold-out bed (two single beds placed side by side). The fold-out bed, which can be neatly stowed away during the day, ensures plenty of space to move around inside the apartment. The apartment also features a new kitchenette and a new bathroom. In the “Kaiserhof” apartment building, residents have access to a washing machine and a dryer (for a fee, operable via app). There is also a sauna available, which can be used by inserting coins. Please note that the swimming pool is closed due to a technical malfunction. Bicycles can be parked in front of the building on the lake side. Your four-legged friend is also welcome here, as the holiday rental warmly welcomes dogs. A maximum of 1 dog is permitted (height up to knee-high). The dog park is located near the ferry terminal (no leash required).

The sauna in the building will be unavailable until approximately spring 2027, possibly longer.
