The "Schmetterling" 03-7 holiday apartment in the Papillon resort is a 4-room apartment that accommodates up to 6 people.

You can access the 4-room apartment, which features a south-west-facing balcony, via an outdoor staircase. The approximately 68 m² of living space is spread over two levels. The living and dining area, one bedroom, the kitchen, and the shower room are located on the first level. You can reach the other two bedrooms via a staircase from the living area. The Papillon holiday complex is about 250 m from the beach.

In the living room, you can make yourself comfortable on the sofa. The modern smart TV with built-in radio and a selection of books and games provide plenty of entertainment. Netflix is also available (subject to change). A game console (subject to change) provides fun for the whole family. The dining table seats six people. You can access the furnished balcony through the living room.

The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, a 4-burner induction cooktop, and a microwave/convection oven combo, as well as a refrigerator and a freezer. Laminate flooring has been installed throughout the living area and in the first bedroom. Carpet was chosen as the flooring in the two bedrooms on the upper level.

On the lower level of the living area, there is a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. An internal staircase leads to the bedrooms in the attic. Each of these is furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). One bedroom also has a TV. The windows in all bedrooms can be blacked out.

The large bathroom with a shower and two sinks has a separate toilet. There is also a guest bathroom available. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in the holiday rental. Smoking is not permitted. A high chair and a travel cot are provided. A stroller and a handcart (subject to availability) are also available.

Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available to our guests in House 3. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located in the basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the house. The property includes a small playground. Bicycles can be parked at the house.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up). One parking space is available for this holiday rental. Additional vehicles can be parked in the public, paid car parks in town.

The Papillon holiday village, quietly yet centrally located on the edge of Boltenhagen’s town centre, invites you to enjoy a cosy holiday. The distance to the beach is about 250 m.

Children are warmly welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandpit, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has one free parking space for your car right next to the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon holiday complex. On the ground floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bicycle parking space or a bicycle storage room.
