Schönes, gemütlich und gut gelegenes Haus

Schöne ruhige Umgebung/Nachbarschaft. Haus ist gross und entsprechend genug Bäder (3). Pool ist schön und sauber. Alles in kurzer Gehdistanz erreichbar. Sauberkeit in der Küche (Schubladen). Alle Bratpfannen, bis auf eine sehr kleine, waren beschädigt und unbrauchbar. Mussten eine neue kaufen. Einrichtung etwas spärlich, Poollandschaft etwas lieblos. Nur ein Sonnenschrim ist zu wenig.

Schönes Haus

Die ruhige Lage die Aufteilung der Räume und der Aussenbereich. Für fünf Personen ausreichend Platz.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Sehr schönes, sauberes Haus. Wir waren Anfag April dort und die Bettdecken sind für die Temperaturen, die wir hatten (nachts ca 10 Grad) definitiv zu dünn. Da wir nicht alle Betten belegt hatten, konnten wir uns die übrigen Decken zusammensuchen. Einen Nachmittag hatten wir kein warmes Wasser, die Waschmaschine funktionierte nicht richtig genauso wie die SAT Anlage. Jedesmal mussten wir die Agentur kontaktieren und der Besitzer musste vorbei kommen um es zu fixen. Ist zwar nett, aber im Urlaub super nervig, wenn ständig was nicht funktioniert! Was gar nicht geht ist die Tatsache, dass sich die Mehrzahl der Fenster nicht mehr verriegeln lassen und einfach aufzuschieben sind. Also muss man immer, wenn man das Haus verlässt die Fensterläden schließen.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Ruhige Lage, toller Außenbereich. Sehr sauber. Zwei große helle Zimmer und Badezimmer. Das Zimmer und Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss sind okay. Schöner Wohn-Essbereich. Die Fenster lassen sich leider nicht alle verriegeln. Daher muss man wenn man das Haus verlässt fast alle Fensterläden verschließen.

Sehr Empfehlenswert

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und hat genug Platz für 6 Personen. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und wurde zwischendurch sogar nochmal gereinigt. Dies erfolgte durch einen sehr netten Mann. Die Kommunikation erfolgte unkompliziert durch WhatsApp. Die ganze Familie hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und wir können die Casa Jodi nur weiter empfehlen. Die Lage war der absolute Hammer,denn es war sehr ruhig und 10 min. von der Strandpromenade entfernt,die das völlige Gegenteil war. Dort konnte man tagsüber baden und shoppen und abends lecker essen. Auswahl ist definitiv vorhanden.
