The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please wash and dry any used dishes.

Please return and leave on the counter the parking key fob, parking pass, pool pass and keys. If fob is not returned, there will be a $50.00 charge.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please check your feet and or shoes for tar after going to the beach and remove it. A tar removal kit is located under the bathroom sink.

Please do not drape towels or swimsuits over the balcony rails. Use the ladder outside on the balcony.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.

Location, location, location!Steps from the beach, short walk to town. The studio was very clean and well equipped with a little patio so you could sit outside and drink some coffee in the morning and watch the world go by! Lovely. I would highly recommend.
