Welcome to Seneca View Estate, a VRFLX lake-view retreat for groups, offsites, wine weekends, and special stays along the Seneca Lake Wine Trail.

Perched above Seneca Lake along the Scenic Byway, Seneca View Estate offers a rare Finger Lakes group stay with panoramic lake and vineyard views, premium amenities, walkable wineries and breweries, and room for up to 16 overnight guests.

The Estate is well suited for family reunions, milestone celebrations, graduation weekends, bachelorette weekends, girls' getaways, baby shower weekends, couples traveling together, multi-family vacations, small retreats, select corporate offsites, and wedding-adjacent lodging where guests want exclusive access to both homes and the full Seneca View property.

Guests enjoy both Seneca View Villa and Seneca View Bungalow, creating a flexible setup for groups that want to stay together while still having separate spaces to relax. The Villa offers spacious gathering areas for meals, games, and shared time, while the detached Bungalow provides an additional retreat-style space with its own living area, fireplace, kitchenette, deck, hot tub, and lake views.

Leave the car behind and walk directly to Two Goats Brewing, Atwater Vineyards, and Chateau LaFayette Reneau. Additional Wine Trail favorites, including JR Dill Winery and Grist Iron Brewing, are also nearby and can be reached on foot by many guests.

Back at the Estate, guests can relax in two hot tubs, enjoy the plunge pool, gather around the fire pits, dine outdoors, play games, or watch the sunset over Seneca Lake with a glass of Finger Lakes wine. Few properties in the region offer this combination of location, amenities, privacy, and group accommodations.

Seneca View Estate is designed for registered overnight guests only, with a maximum occupancy of 16 guests. Celebratory stays such as bachelorette weekends, girls' getaways, milestone trips, baby shower weekends, family gatherings, retreats, and offsites are welcome when they remain within the approved guest count.

Additional daytime guests, ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, brunches, open-house style gatherings, or other organized on-site events are not permitted.

Limited vendor access, such as photography, hair and makeup, private chef, or similar services for registered overnight guests, may be considered with prior written approval. Vendor access is not guaranteed and must be disclosed before booking.

The property is not designed for weddings, receptions, tented events, or open-house style gatherings.

We’re a husband-and-wife team who fell in love with the Finger Lakes long before we ever imagined hosting guests here. After years of spending summers on Seneca Lake and returning to the area whenever we could, we purchased our first vacation rental in 2014 and eventually made the Finger Lakes our full-time home in 2019.

What began as a single vacation home has grown into VRFLX, a small collection of guest-focused properties designed to help visitors experience the very best of the region we love. Along the way, we traded corporate careers for hospitality, allowing us to focus full-time on creating memorable stays and continually improving each home.

Today, we're raising our two kids (and one very spoiled dog) in the Finger Lakes and are grateful to share this special place with guests from across the country. Whether you're visiting for the wineries, breweries, lakes, waterfalls, or simply time with family and friends, we hope you'll feel as connected to this region as we do.
