Kitchen & Living
A spacious hallway with wardrobe and storage space leads to the bright and modern kitchen and living area. The light grey and high-quality, top-equipped, open country kitchen leaves nothing to be desired for hobby chefs. A 5-burner stove, oven, side-by-side fridge and freezer and bar counter are just a few of the special features of the equipment. A long dining table made of solid wood is the heart of the living room and allows for convivial evenings with family and friends. The comfortable sofa corner with a large TV, fireplace and view of the garden invites you to linger.

Sleeping
Three double bedrooms with TV and wardrobe. Another bedroom with a large bunk bed, wardrobe and plenty of space to play is ideal for children and teenagers. All beds are equipped with high-quality mattresses and comfortable duvets. The bedrooms can be darkened excellently and offer a high level of sleeping comfort.

Bathroom & Wellness
A bright guest toilet with window is located on the living level.
Three bright and floor-level shower rooms with rain shower head, towel dryer and window. One of the bathrooms is also equipped with a bathtub and is adjacent to the sauna and a small relaxation area.

Outdoor area
From the living area you have access to the sunny and quiet south-west terrace with garden furniture, beach chair, parasol and loungers. The green garden is bordered by a planted Frisian wall and offers privacy. In front of the house there is the possibility to lock up bicycles.

This holiday home is located in a central and popular residential area of Wenningstedt. In a few minutes you can reach surrounding restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and the beach.
