The well-thought-out and fully equipped house, along with its quiet location near the beach, offers plenty of space and opportunities for a wonderful holiday, especially for families with children. The lawn surrounding the house is bordered by hedges, making it safe for small children. It also provides perfect privacy in all directions. 

Boltenhagen is an idyllic holiday destination on the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast, captivating visitors with its fine-sand beach, clear water, and picturesque landscape. This Baltic Sea spa town is located in the western part of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, between Lübeck and Rostock, and offers an ideal blend of relaxation and activities. 

Please pay the visitor’s tax as well as the fee for bed linens and towels directly on site. 

For hygienic reasons, bed linens are not pre-made; if booked, they will be provided for you in the house. 

Please note: A security deposit is required for your stay; it is due in cash on-site and will, of course, be refunded after the property has been returned in good condition.

The spacious, fully equipped kitchenette offers everything you need to prepare your favourite meals. From the modern electric stove with oven to the practical fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker—which ensures the perfect start to your day. Cooking and enjoying your meals here is simply a pleasure!

The living room invites you to spend cosy hours there, equipped with an LCD flat-screen TV and a CD radio for relaxing entertainment. The peaceful atmosphere ensures that you’ll feel right at home and can leave the stresses of everyday life behind.

And on sunny days, the terrace becomes the highlight of your holiday! Enjoy your breakfast on the private, secluded terrace—the perfect spot for a relaxed breakfast outdoors or a cosy way to end the day with a glass of wine.
