This modern, cosy, newly built holiday apartment on the 1st floor offers plenty of space for a relaxing holiday for up to 6 people. It was built as recently as 2024.

The bright living-dining room invites you to linger over a leisurely breakfast or a good glass of wine. Watch your favourite film on the large smart TV or read a good book on the comfortable couch.
On sunny days, you can relax on the spacious balcony.
On cold days, the underfloor heating provides cosy warmth.

In the fully equipped, open kitchen, you’ll find a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, and dishwasher, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a Senseo and coffee maker, a kettle, toaster, and much more for your “perfect North Sea dinner.”

The bathroom with a walk-in shower leaves nothing to be desired:

The apartment has two bedrooms—one with a double bed and another with two single beds.
On the second floor, children and teens can set up “their own little kingdom.” Here you’ll find another smart TV. The sleeper sofa here can accommodate the 5th or 6th person

Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available—and you’re also welcome to use the washing machine provided.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the “Doc’s Ruhe-Insel Holiday Rental.”

This apartment includes a private, paved parking space right next to the holiday rental.
Here, you can charge your electric car at our wall box for a fee (€40/week) using your own charging cable with a Type 2 plug.

You can store your bicycles safely in our garden shed—there are outlets there for charging your e-bike batteries.

Bed linens and towels are not provided in the holiday rental. However, these can be added to your booking for an additional fee.

Please note that key pickup takes place at our office at Norddeicher Str. 55 in Norden.
