Haus Leuchtturm Fewo Kindler: spacious 3-room apartment with large west-facing balcony

This bright, spacious, and very well-appointed 3-room apartment (approx. 70 m²) spans two floors (2nd floor and attic) and offers a high degree of functionality; it is fully equipped and furnished with natural wood furniture. The flooring in all living and sleeping areas is laminate wood; the kitchen and the bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The holiday apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel cot (without a comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair free of charge upon request.

The bright, welcoming, and spacious living room features a comfortable leather couch and armchairs with a coffee table. For your entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV (cable TV), a DVD player, and a stereo system. Wi-Fi is also available free of charge in the apartment.

From the living room, you have direct access to the large, sunny west-facing balcony with patio furniture and an electric grill. From here, you can enjoy the sunset to the fullest…!

The separate kitchen features a fully equipped kitchenette with a 4-burner stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. In addition, the kitchen features a dining table with 6 chairs as well as ample storage space. The kitchen is well and adequately equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The bright and inviting first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, 2 nightstands, 1 chest of drawers, and a spacious closet.

The second bedroom is furnished with 3 separate single beds.

The bright and inviting bathroom features a sink, bathtub, and separate shower, a toilet, and a mirror cabinet with ample storage space.

You can park your car for free in a reserved parking space directly behind the house.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Deviations from the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are only possible after consulting with our staff by phone.
