In this very spacious and well-appointed 2-room apartment (approx. 62 m²) on the ground floor, you’ll be surrounded by a colonial-style ambiance: high-quality terracotta tiles in every room, textured plaster, artistic paintings in warm colours on the walls, and stylish wooden furniture. The apartment is fully furnished.
The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 3 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair free of charge upon request.
The spacious and very tastefully decorated living/dining room features a separate seating area with a couch, coffee table, and 2 armchairs, a separate dining area, as well as a sideboard and various cabinets. From here, you can also access the beautiful, large terrace.
For your entertainment, the holiday rental features two modern flat-screen TVs (cable TV) with internet radio in the living room and bedroom, as well as a DVD player. Free Wi-Fi is also available.
The open kitchen, adjacent to the dining area, features a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully and well-equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.
The spacious and inviting bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and a spacious closet, and has a separate entrance to the patio. An additional comfortable sleeping option for a third person is available in the form of an extra bed that can be set up in the living room upon request.
The bright and modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, a toilet, and ample storage space.
The ground-level, covered terrace—which comes with the apartment and features comfortable seating and lounging furniture—is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom.
You can use the provided safe to protect your valuables.
In addition, a coin-operated sauna facility is available on the ground floor of the apartment complex.
A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are available for use by all guests.
The upper floors of the residential complex can be easily reached using the lift.
You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment (approx. 150 m from the residential complex), and your bicycles can be stored in the large bicycle storage room. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bicycle rental shop located in the immediate vicinity of your apartment complex.
Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).
In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!
Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
