Vacation apartment LEA: friendly and modern 2-room apartment close to the beach

This cosy and spacious 2-room apartment (approx. 60 m²) on the 3rd floor is highly functional and fully furnished. The apartment has high-quality wood-look laminate flooring, and the kitchen and bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The holiday rental can accommodate up to 5 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) upon request (for a small fee). A high chair is available in the apartment and can be used free of charge.

From the spacious hallway, which features a chest of drawers, coat rack, and mirror, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday apartment.

The bright and spacious living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable (pull-out sleeper) couch, armchairs, and a coffee table; a separate dining table with 4 chairs; a large closet; and a sideboard. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 6 m² sunny balcony (south-facing) with balcony furniture. Here you can sit back and relax, enjoying the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, the holiday apartment is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a radio. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The separate kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen also features a separate dining area with a table and 3 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery, and pots.

The cosy and inviting bedroom (with a sweeping view of the nearby Baltic Sea) is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, a spacious closet, and a (fold-out) armchair. If necessary, this armchair can be unfolded or converted into a single bed for a third person.

The pull-out sofa in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a fourth or fifth is provided by the pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

The inviting bathroom features a bathtub with a fold-out shower partition, a sink, a toilet, and ample storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the large coat closet (with a chest of drawers and mirror) in the apartment’s spacious hallway.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be stored in a separate bike room in the basement. If you don’t bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex if you’re interested.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!
