House Olymp WE 9: cozy 2-room apartment close to the beach

This welcoming, light-filled, and comfortably furnished 2-room apartment (approx. 51 m²) on the ground floor of the apartment building is highly functional and fully furnished. All rooms in the apartment have tile floors.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 2 people.

From the entryway, which features a coat rack and mirror, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday apartment.

The bright and spacious living/dining room features a comfortable couch, armchairs, and a coffee table, as well as a separate dining table with 4 chairs and a sideboard. From here, you have direct access to the approximately 12 m² sunny balcony (facing east/southeast) with balcony furniture—here you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the magnificent side view of the Baltic Sea as well as the lively hustle and bustle on Hermannstraße.

For your entertainment, the living room is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV and internet radio. There is another TV in the bedroom. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The semi-open kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, exhaust fan, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The spacious and bright bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, two wardrobes, and a small seating area. Another TV is available here. You also have access to the balcony from the bedroom.

The bright and inviting bathroom features a shower, sink, bathroom cabinet, toilet, and ample storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets on the coat rack (with a mirror) in the apartment’s spacious entryway.

The apartment also includes a storage room for suitcases and luggage.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment directly behind the building; your bicycles can be stored in a lockable bike shed in the courtyard of the residential complex. If you don’t bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.

The lift takes you comfortably from the ground floor all the way up to the top floor.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting our staff by phone.
