Boules, terrace (25 m2), parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach 2 km, rocky beach 300 m. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km.

Electric heating. Large terrace 25 m2, south-east facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the bay. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot.
