Luxury 4BR Villa + Pool & Spa- 15 Minute from Disney World

Just 15 minutes from Disney World, 20 minutes from Universal Studios and 20 minutes from Sea World, lies the peaceful oasis of Cumbrian Lakes, a gated community set around four lakes and surrounded by its own conservation woodland area plus a play area for young children.

My well-equipped, spacious home here, with its private pool and spa, forms the perfect base from which to enjoy all that central Florida has to offer, whilst providing a peaceful retreat in which to recharge the batteries after all the excitement.

There is a lovely master suite, a second double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and Three full bathrooms. The comfortable open plan living room boasts dining facilities, sofas and a 32' TV.

Smart TVs in living room and all bedrooms.
A fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and a separate laundry area completes the accommodation.

Outside there is a fully screened pool deck with a private swimming pool and spa, which can be heated if required. There are sunloungers, a dining table and chairs. The pool area can be lit in the evenings and a ceiling fan provides a welcome breeze.

The restaurants and shops of the 192 are five minutes away, with a great selection of championship golf courses and shopping malls within 30 minutes drive. A little further afield are places such as the Kennedy Space Centre and Busch Gardens.

The house was very nice. Tiny tvs in the bedrooms. Be sure to bring ALL of your necessities including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo dish washing liquid. Like I said, All the necessities. Also, be sure to pay for getting the hot tub heated.

I am sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations and apologise for any inconvenience you experienced. You didn’t report any issues to the local property manager, but you did message me (the property owner in the UK) late on your last evening. I immediately passed your message to the local team, who contacted a professional pest control company to thoroughly inspect the property the following morning. However, they found no evidence of cockroaches (nor any other insects) at all.   I have always placed great importance on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in my vacation home.

The house is wonderful. Very nice and clean. When we didn't go to one of the amusement parks, the private pool was great. The property manager was wonderful. She provided all the information for check in and check out. She made it very easy.

Perfect family vacay home!

We brought our family (young kiddos and baby included) to Florida for winter vacation and this turned out to be the perfect home for us. It is very clean, plenty of sleeping room as well as hangout areas, and is located in a quiet neighborhood with a small kids park and walking paths. The pool and hot tub were very warm (during our cool-weather week) and were used multiple times daily by both kids and adults! The host quickly answered any and all messages. Highly recommend!

JUST A FEW THINGS TO NOTE, CALLED TO GET Pool cleaned 3 times with no response, rear left element on stove not working, knob on door to laundry rm missing also door was off track, also couple of Lights were not working, also may i suggest bigger size TVs in the bedrooms no smaller than 32" and at least 50" in living rm for the flat panel tvs are pretty cheap now. Thanks overall decent stay.

This house had everything we could ask for and more!! It was more spacious then I thought it would be, which was a great bonus. The home was very clean and well equipped with everything we would need. The pool was amazing and was great to relax in after a long day at the parks. Great house and location!

This house was very comfortable for the 3 couples.Very clean and in great shape. Well stocked with dishes and cookware.Very nice neighborhood, close to attractions and shopping.My only complaints are there was not a startup package to get through first day, such as paper towel and dish soap. But when i called the property manager it was delivered the next day. The pool and hot tub was not heated day one and heat shut off before our last day. We stayed in February so the weather was not hot enough to warm the pool.

Great for Two Couples

The house and pool were as depicted in the photos. The house was spacious with plenty of room to spread out. We had an issue with the overhead light in the queen sized bedroom and called maintenence multiple times from the time we arrived until we left 10 days later and the light was still not fixed.

We had a great week! Everything was as described clean, and great location. I have already recommended it to a friend. The only suggestion I have is that the listing should let everyone clearly know that the pool guy comes around every morning. We found out when we went out one morning and someone had put the hose in the pool while we were sleeping, however I only saw him once. Having 3 daughter’s I just would have liked the heads up.
