Spectacular views, tranquility, and plenty of space for up to six people: Built in 2022, the “Küstenhuus 20” holiday home combines modern amenities with a unique location in the holiday village of Klein Stresow. Spanning approximately 116 m², the home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living area. The unobstructed ocean view, visible from every room, will accompany you from your first cup of coffee in the morning right through to a relaxing end to the day.

Three bedrooms for restful nights

With its layout featuring three separate bedrooms, the holiday home is ideal for families, couples who are friends, or a multi-generational trip. Two bedrooms are each furnished with a double box-spring bed measuring 180 × 200 cm. The third bedroom features two single box-spring beds, each measuring 90 × 200 cm.

Closets provide ample storage space for your luggage. In addition, each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV. Upon your arrival, the beds will already be made, and towels will be provided for you.

Open-concept design and high-quality furnishings

The open living, dining, and kitchen area forms the heart of the home. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside and the sea. A cosy sitting area is perfect for reading, watching TV, or spending evenings together by the fireplace. Free Wi-Fi is also available during your stay.

The modern kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, a dishwasher, and plenty of dishes. The dining table with six chairs comfortably seats all guests—whether for a leisurely breakfast, a game night, or a dinner prepared together.

Two bathrooms and a private sauna

With two bathrooms, the “Küstenhuus 20” offers pleasant comfort even when fully occupied. Both bathrooms feature a shower and a toilet. The ground-floor bathroom also includes a private Finnish sauna. After a long walk on the beach, a bike ride, or a chilly day by the Baltic Sea, you can relax here in peace and quiet.

The holiday home does not have its own washing machine or dryer. In the main building, coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available for shared use by guests.

South-facing terrace, private garden, and expansive ocean view

The south-facing terrace extends the living area outdoors. Garden furniture and the private garden create a lovely spot for quiet moments in the fresh air. Here you can enjoy the sun, eat together, or simply let your gaze wander over the coastal landscape.

The natural beach is about 600 metres from the house and can be easily reached on foot. A handcart is available for the walk. The nearby Greifswald Bodden also offers great opportunities for walks along the water as well as activities by bike, kayak, or stand-up paddleboard.

A great holiday spot even with a dog

Dogs are welcome upon prior registration. This makes “Küstenhuus 20” ideal for guests who wish to spend their Rügen holiday with their four-legged friends. The natural surroundings invite you to take long walks and go on varied exploration tours.

Children are also very welcome. Thanks to the three bedrooms, the garden, and the spacious common area, the house offers plenty of room for a relaxing holiday with the whole family.

Convenient Amenities in the Holiday Village

A free, reserved parking space is included with the holiday home. Three shared charging stations are available in the holiday village for electric vehicles. Usage is billed based on the length of your stay; you must bring your own charging cable for your vehicle.

The access road to the holiday village is unpaved and natural. Please drive at walking speed. Upon request, a transfer from the Putbus train station can be arranged for a small fee.

At Café Klein Stresow, which has an attached farm stand, you can enjoy fresh rolls, hot and cold drinks, light meals and snacks, homemade cakes, ice cream, and a variety of speciality coffees, among other items. The selection is complemented by a variety of regional products.

Even around New Year’s Eve, the “Küstenhuus 20” is a pleasant retreat: The holiday village is free of fireworks, offering a particularly peaceful environment for guests with children, dogs, or those seeking a relaxed New Year’s Eve.
