Great Garden!

We had a beautiful weekend! The house is very clean and the garden is gorgeous and relaxing. The hosts were excellent and very accommodating. The beds were ok for a long weekend but need a little more support for a longer stay. I didn't notice in the description that they only have Netflix, would have liked to be able to watch the news. All in all, a five star experience.

Amazing Montauk

Our first visit to Montauk. I could not be more impressed. The house was amazing. Patio and landscaping in the back yard was a beautiful and relaxing space. The house had everything we needed. It was clean and we had absolutely no issues with it. Plenty of room for everyone in our group. Mike and Dani were terrific hosts. Answered all our questions about the house and offered suggestions on where to eat and what to do in Montauk. The private beach was literally a one minute walk away and beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels were provided. Without hesitation I would recommend this property and hope to stay there again. Thanks Mike and Dani for everything.

Amazing family vacation

My husband, one year old twins and in-laws stayed here for the week before labor day and had a phenominal stay! the house is great - just yards from a private beach on the sound so calmer than the ocean side, which was great for the twins. it was also great for using their paddle boards! The house is also close enough to walk to restaurants at night and not have to worry about driving home (though taxis are easy to come by if necessary). The house itself has a great outdoor space and was overall very comfortable and well appointed. had a very homey feel. If our family can fit in a 3 bedroom house in future years, we wouldn't hesitate to rent this house again (and again)!

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful house steps away from the private beach. Plenty of parking, spacious living area, and serene backyard. Grill and picnic table outdoors for perfect summer nights, huge kitchen and dining room for indoor meals. Bedrooms were large and spacious. Very clean and had all amenities. Mike and Danielle were extremely helpful and helped us enjoy the perfect getaway. Highly recommended.

Perfect getaway for families, couples, or friends

We have been going to Montauk every summer for the passed 5 years and this was, by far, the best time we've had (especially with our kids, 2.5 and 5 months old). It's the perfect beach house and is well appointed with beautiful decor, comfortable furniture, and a great layout. Before booking, we were concerned about the backyard (with a very active toddler), but the beautifully landscaped yard was so serene and one of our favorite aspects of the rental. We also loved the location and the fact that we could walk to the small private beach, gossman's dock, and a small deli for coffee. Also loved taking advantage of their bikes and riding (or running) into town. My 2.5 year old loved the "bacation house" so much, that she cried when we left and keeps asking about it ;). The owners (and owner's sister) couldn't have been lovelier to work with and we're so looking forward to our next visit!
