Enjoy a holiday with a maritime flair on the Baltic Sea island of Usedom. A lovingly furnished, non-smoking two-room apartment measuring approximately 37 m², suitable for up to 4 people (including a toddler), located right on the marina, awaits you. The apartment is located on the ground floor and features a terrace.

The living room features a sitting area with a sleeper sofa (approx. 140 cm wide) and a flat-screen TV, as well as a dining area.
Adjacent to this is a comfortably equipped kitchenette with plenty of dishes, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, and an electric stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and heated floors. The bedroom features a double bed, a closet, and additional storage space.

Linen packages can be booked for an additional fee per person.
For our younger guests, a travel cot and a high chair can be booked for an additional fee if needed. Please bring your own children’s bedding if needed.
There is also a small playground near the property.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge (You will receive the login credentials with the confirmation of the final payment).

The apartment has tile floors. The terrace is separated by a hedge. The distance to the harbour edge is approximately 50 m. The adjacent Peene meadows and the dike invite you to take leisurely walks along the Peene.

The bike and hiking trail runs right past the property, and a number of sightseeing boats depart from the harbour. For example, it takes about 10 minutes by bike to reach the Baltic Sea beach at the seaside resort.
There is also a bike rental station nearby that will deliver your bikes directly to the holiday rental.

A free parking space is available for your car. Barbecuing is allowed on the property. However, you’ll need to bring your own grill.

Pets are allowed but must be booked in advance (for a fee).
