The Katamaran holiday home offers 91 m² of space, enough for up to six adults and one toddler under 2 years old. You enter the house through a private entrance, where the first bathroom—featuring a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink—is located immediately to the left. Across from it, beneath a wooden staircase, is the first bedroom with two single beds or one double bed. The spacious living room welcomes you with comfortable seating, a closet, a radio, and a flat-screen TV. Adjacent to the living room is the open, fully equipped kitchen with a solid-wood dining table. From here and from the living room, you can step out onto your private, furnished terrace. 
The wooden staircase in the hallway leads you to the upper floor of the house. Here you’ll find two additional bedrooms: a children’s room with two single beds and a small desk, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a chest of drawers. 

Between the two rooms is the second bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed here.


You can bring your own towels and bed linens, or you can book them for an additional fee and they’ll be ready for you upon arrival. If you are travelling with a toddler, you are welcome to book a travel cot and a high chair for an additional fee. We also rent out baby monitors, bottle warmers, baby bathtubs, bed rails, changing pads, night lights, and stair gates.
You can also borrow a microwave and a freezer for free. If needed, please specify your requests when booking.
Two parking spaces are located right next to the house and are free of charge.
A flat-rate final cleaning fee is charged for the apartment. However, you also have the option of handling the final cleaning yourself in exchange for a security deposit. After a successful inspection upon your departure, the amount will be refunded to you.
You have the option to use a washing machine and dryer in the central administration building for a fee.

There are a variety of recreational activities for both children and adults in Burhave as well as in the surrounding area. Take a dip in the Nordseelagune water park—enjoy swimming in a seawater lake without tides—or at the DLG-supervised beaches along the coast, which have no admission fee. You can also use the swimming pool, sauna, or the play barn, which features a go-kart track and mini-golf, among other attractions, right in town. Explore the region by bike; you’ll find a very well-developed network of bike trails stretching up to 250 km. You can also enjoy sailing, surfing, swimming, horseback riding, skating, Nordic walking, mudflat hiking, and fishing to your heart’s content. A place for an active holiday or simply for pure relaxation. Our holiday apartments are the ideal starting point for all of this. Centrally located, not far from the beach, yet quiet and unique.
Get to know the region and its people—stroll through neighbouring Bremerhaven or Bremen! But Burhave itself also offers numerous shops and restaurants that invite you to linger. There are also regular cultural highlights, and we’d be happy to provide you with more information on-site.
