Would you like to stay in a modern setting like a hotel suite but still enjoy the space of a holiday rental? Then you’ve come to the right place! The apartment consists of a large living and sleeping area (which flow into one another) and, with a living area of approximately 53 m², offers space for up to 2 adults and 2 children.
In the entryway, you’ll find a very large, floor-to-ceiling built-in closet where you can store all your belongings out of sight. The sleeping area is visually separated from the living and kitchen areas by a sliding room divider that also serves as a shelf. Thanks to a swivel arm, the modern flat-screen wall-mounted TV with Apple TV is visible from both areas. The sleeping area features a box-spring bed (160x200 cm) along with side tables and nightlights. The living area has a large couch that can easily be unfolded to create an additional double bed (140x200 cm) for two children (suitable for regular sleepers).
The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a microwave, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a Nespresso coffee machine, a wine rack, and a modern Siemens dishwasher. A dining table seats 4 people. Fans of modern bathroom design will be delighted: a highlight of the holiday rental is the luxurious, spacious bathroom. It impresses with its natural stone tiles on the walls and floor, as well as the walk-in shower with a large glass front and the vanity recessed into a marble worktop. There is also plenty of storage space here. Do you know that feeling of having to get up in the middle of the night and walking into a brightly lit bathroom? Not here—a well-designed lighting system, including a small blue nightlight, creates a special bathroom ambiance. The balcony measures 10 m² and offers enough space for a table and chairs as well as a sun lounger. Facing southwest, it offers a view of the greenery. The apartment is equipped with state-of-the-art technology. For a restful night’s sleep, you can darken the large window front with three separate electric roller shutters to suit your preferences. High-speed Wi-Fi is, of course, included.
You won’t really need to move your car. It’s parked in a covered outdoor parking space in a gated lot right next to the building, which is exclusively assigned to you during your stay. A lockable bike shed is also available. Or you can rent bikes next door at the bike rental shop. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the building.
Please understand that this holiday rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed here.

The holiday rental is located right near the beach in the centre, directly on the “Red Square of Scharbeutz.” The building entrance is next to the popular “Eiscafé Mario,” just a stone’s throw from the beach. You’ll be staying right in the heart of Scharbeutz, but thanks to the apartment’s location at the back of the building, peace and relaxation are guaranteed. You’ll find restaurants and shopping options right in front of the house on the promenade. The spa gardens are located across the street.
