Holiday Home for 7 Guests with Optional Air Conditioning and Shared Pool

Located in Calviac-en-Périgord, at the heart of the forest, this 42 m² holiday home accommodates up to 7 guests with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Enjoy a fully equipped private kitchen and a TV (connection via your mobile only). For families, a baby cot and high chair are available to rent on request, as well as shared toys and books.



Air conditioning is available for an extra charge. Bike rental is offered on site for half or full days.



Relax on your private open terrace, in your garden, or use your private barbecue—perfect for outdoor dining. The shared garden features a heated outdoor pool for your enjoyment. Active guests will appreciate the shared playground, ping-pong table, billiards, and sports equipment.



You may bring a pet (except category 1 dogs), kept on a leash. Parties are not allowed. Shared parking is available for one car per accommodation. Self check-in is possible. Laundry facilities are accessible for an extra charge.



Private use of the pool is possible on request. Charcoal for the barbecue is not provided. Breakfast service is available for an extra charge on request. Please note there is video and audio recording in common areas, except the pool area. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet in the accommodation and common areas.



A warm and friendly atmosphere awaits. Bed linen is available on site for an extra charge. Please note, Wi-Fi is available at reception, but not in the accommodation.
