Family Beach Get-Away in Ocean Terrace Club

Enjoy a home away from home at the beach. Why stay in a cramped hotel room when you can enjoy a spacious 1100 sq. ft. condo for less? The condo has two full bathrooms and two bedrooms - easily accommodating up to six people. Each bedroom and the main room have a flat screen TV, cable and DVD player. The newly remodeled kitchen boasts granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances along with kitchen gadgets galore. Linens, towels, beach towels, and other necessities are already stocked. Our beach/pool closet is stocked with boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys, and a beach cart to carry it all! The beach ramp is just across the street, providing access to the driving beach to the North and the non-driving beach to the South. The grounds include a sparkling pool, tennis court, shuffleboard court, and laundry facilities. Nearby attractions: Daytona International Speedway, Disney World, Kennedy Space Center, St. Augustine.

We absolutely loved staying here! Right across from the beach! Easy access to all things fun in Dayton Beach! The condo lacked nothing! It was so well equipped and comfortable! We had great communication with Richard! We would definitely stay again!

We stayed here during a recent visit to move in one of children who will be attending college in Port Orange. The condo was very clean and perfectly located for our visit. The pictures on listing were spot on and we would stay here again. Richard was very responsive.

This was a beautiful condo! You can see the time and care the owners put into this place. Beautifully decorated with everything already there that you would need. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who may be contemplating staying in the area.

Great beach vacation

The condo is great! It is bigger than the pictures tell. I usually only book condos with washer and dryer in the unit, but I had no issues washing our towels and clothes. The location is great even though it’s not on the beach it is literally right across the street and the pool is very nice! The owner is super helpful and very responsive. We would stay again!

Close to the beach

Condo was furnished with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Owner helped us with TV operation, and contacted cable company for repairs. Condo was clean and met all of our needs. Only problem was noise from “Bike Week” and property owner had no control over that. Overall a very relaxing time. Perfect weather for the two weeks. Easy Beach access for daily walks.

Exceptional from beginning to end!

Love this unit! This place has everything you could possibly need, lots of upgrades, and is very clean. The pictures don't do this place justice! It is convenient to many things as well. Being able to drive across the street to take our things to the beach was awesome! The renters are super easy to work with and very accommodating. We have stayed in several units in this area and this is, by far, one of the best. We hope to stay again!

This was a very nice place to stay if you are a Snow Bird. However, there are 8 steps to get in the building that is not mentioned anywhere on the VRBO listing. IF you are handicapped, you would not want to rent this unit. The Keyed entry, while secure, was outdated and should be ungraded with a Card type system. The keys were difficult to open doors if you had anything in your hands. For this reason, and the steps, I would not recommend this unit for a Beach trip.

Perfect Family Getaway!

Our experience was amazing right from the start! Rick was quick to respond to my rental inquiry and was willing to work with me on the short notice for renting his condo. Once we entered the condo our one week beach getaway started! Being from the area we were looking for a place right in the middle of where we need to go to visit family and this place was in the perfect location. Not a far drive in either direction. Close restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping nearby was a huge plus as well! Rick and Aimee have everything you need for a great stay near the beach from beach chairs and towels to toys for the kids! I would definitely recommend this stay for your vacation!! Wish I could give it 10 stars!! We'll definitely stay again unless we buy our own condo!!

Why they chose this property

I have been coming to this property with my family since I was sixteen years old. Now as a father of three, I keep up the family tradition with my own children. This is a great family area to enjoy the beach and other Florida attractions. The Ocean Terrace Club is family friendly for children as young as a few months to those as old as I am!

What makes this property unique

Directly across the street from the beach - easy access without the higher prices. Also the pool has ample seating, shade, and umbrella tables. It's a wonderful atmosphere after a day at the beach.
