10 BR home, up to 3 homes with 22 BR/14BA, hot Tubs, On 20 acres, water views

20 Acre property with 3 homes that can either be rented together or separately. One home has 10 Bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, one home has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and one home has 5 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The first 12 pictures are of the ten bedroom home and the remaining pictures are of the two other houses. Lots of open space and each house has it's own private outdoor areas. We apologize, however since the houses can be rented separately or together (for a total of 22 bedrooms), there is no way to fully keep the calendar up to date and please feel free to email or call with any inquiries.

The 10 bedroom home has 9 bedrooms with a Queen size bed and a twin size bed, and one smaller bedroom with a twin size bed. 4 of the bedrooms have private bathrooms and 4 of the bedrooms have decks right off the bedroom. The house has a game room with a pool table, ping pong table and an air hockey table. The home has a private hot tub surronded by windows. A ramp leads inside the home which allows access to an ADA compiant bathroom, one of the bedrooms, the living/dining room, kitchen and dinette. A propane BBQ grill is supplied and there is a fire pit near the house. The kitchen in the ten bedroom house was just redone in 2025.

The seven bedroom home has seven bedroooms (2 of which have private bathrooms and 1 with a private half bathroom), a huge cathederal living room/dining room with a 32 foot deck, a 6 person hot tub in a window enclosed deck, five bathrooms, pool table room, modern kitchen, three decks, a ping pong table and air hockey table. A propane BBQ grill is supplied and there is a fire pit near the house.

The five bedroom home has five bedrooms and 1.5 bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have a Queen size bed and a twin size bed. Two of the bedrooms have a set of twin size beds. One of the bedrooms has a set of full size beds. This house does not have a hot-tub, however it has a game room with a ping pong and Foosball table. A propane BBQ grill is supplied and there is a fire pit near the house.

The homes are located on 20 Luscious Private Acres across the road from the Lake/River and your own private dock (the dock is shared by our three houses). Located in Corinth on Route 9N. Property includes a hot tub (for the two larger houses), basket ball hoop, barbecue grill, swingset/clubhouse (for the two larger houses) and plenty of park like grounds.

Houses can be rented together or separately. Each house has it's own private areas, so you have privacy if you rent the house separately.

Bedroom 6-2nd floor-private bathroom, wooded view, Queen and twin size beds
Bedroom 7-2nd floor-twin size bed
Bedroom 8: Upper floor – 1 Queen size and 1 twin size bed.
Bedroom 9: Upper floor – 1 Queen size and 1 twin size bed.
Bedroom 8 and 9 are in a separate section with a bathroom next to them.
Bedroom 10: Main floor – Fully handicap accessible and right next to ADA equipped bathroom, 1 Queen size bed and 1 Queen size platform bed.

7 bedrom house:
Bedroom 1: Top floor - 1 Queen size and 1 twin size bed with private 1/2 bathroom and private deck.
Bedroom 2: Main floor - 1 Queen size and 1 twin size bed.
Bedroom 3: Main floor – 2 twin size beds.
Bedroom 4: Lower floor – 1 Queen size and 1 twin size bed with private bathroom and Jacuzzi with walk out patio doors and flat screen tv.
Bedroom 5: Lower floor – 1 Queen size and 1 twin size bed with private bathroom with walk out patio doors and flat screen tv.
Bedroom 6: Lower floor – 2 twin size beds.
Bedroom 7: Lower floor – 2 twin size beds.

5 Bedroom house:

Since we have 3 houses listed, there is no way to keep the calendar up to date. Please feel free to call or email to see if specific dates are available.

Please note, Linen, towels, pots, pans, dishes and silverware are provided. Disposables, such as Paper towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc is not provided. We usually provide a limited supply for when you come, but not enough for your entire stay.
