Charming house located in Aubé, one of the six hamlets of Libre in the mountains, 9 km from the centre of Breil-sur-Roya and 22 km from the coast.

View of the village and the Pre-Alps; south-facing with plenty of sunshine. Private garden (240 m²) planted with olive and plum trees, partially shaded. South-facing terrace (18 m²) with panoramic views.

100 m² of living space. R.d.ch.: living room, bathroom with toilet and shower, basement, and washing machine. Ground floor: 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen (4-burner stove, electric oven, refrigerator, and freezer), and bathroom (14 m²).

Beautiful hiking region (on-site, in the Mercantour National Park, and the Vallée des Merveilles). Mountain biking trails, whitewater sports, canyoning, and swimming in the sea, rivers, or high-altitude lakes.

The Limone/I ski area is currently inaccessible.

The Mont Bégo region (2,872 metres), renowned as a sacred mountain among local shepherds, and two valleys near the mountain east of the Mercantour National Park, the Vallée des Merveilles and the Fontanalbe Valley ("White Spring Valley"), are world-renowned for their rock carvings dating back to the Bronze Age. The more than 35,000 engravings are located at altitudes ranging from 2,100 to 2,600 metres and were likely carved by shepherds between 1,800 and 1,500 B.C. It is the second-largest site of prehistoric Bronze Age rock engravings in the entire Alpine region.

Das Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe, die von der Route départementale aus über eine gute ausgebaute Strasse mit 12 Serpentinen erreicht wird.

Agréable maison il manque rien. pour les enfants ils revivent . les gens du village super sympa. La vue est super belles balades en famille

Un endroit plein d'authenticité

Petite maison pleine d'escaliers avec un joli jardin à l'arriere, au milieu des oliviers. Tres bien equipé, rien ne manque. Le jardin pourrait etre un peu tenu pour etre agréable. La regionest magnifique, plage a 30' a Vintimille, routes de montagne sinueuses. A Breil il faut aller chez Roya Evasion et se payer une descente de canyon, le personnel est supr pro, prévenant et dynamique. Nombreuses randonnées au depart de la maison, vias Ferratas a Tende et Brighes ( compter 30' de virages...), ne pas rater le lac des Meshes a l'entree de la vallee des merveilles. Luis

Des escaliers il y en a un à l'intérieur et deux à l'extérieur (deux entrées).

Maison très confortable, très bon accueil. Située à 20 minutes des plages italiennes en voiture et à 20 minutes de la vallée des merveilles. La région est magnifique. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !!!

"Maison très tranquille, ...

"Maison très tranquille, pas du tout de bruit, vue sur le jardin d''oliviers très jolie. L''accès est un peu difficile pour des personnes âgées mais pas insurmontable. Un seul bémol pour l''accueil d''une jeune femme pas très souriante, le propriétaire ne vivant pas sur place, ce qui est dommage. A proximité du Mercantour et de Menton, ce qui est très très agréable."
