The property is accessible only by private means through the road that climbs the hill to reach 150 mt above the sea to enjoy unparalleled views and peace. Distances: 2.5 km from the sea, 2.4 from the sandy and rocky beach, 3 km from the Port of Ventimiglia, 12 km from France, Menton, 3.5 km from Ventimiglia, 7 km from Bordighera, 18 km from Sanremo and about 22 from the Sanremo Golf Club.
