The location on the beachfront surely is very attractive during the summer months, however, it is also appreciated during the winter months, if you are looking for privacy and a calm environment or like endless walks on the beach. The fireplace has not been advertised for heating, there are several air conditioning units for heating. Also, the decorative fireplace has been removed by now, and the villa will be re-decorated within the next months, we will post new photos soon. The villa has been cleaned just a few days before your arrival. Sometimes on the beachfront, a little sand or dust can enter very quickly. If you found the villa not perfectly clean, you should have told us, so we would have sent our cleaner immediately, because the satisfaction of your clients is very important to us! Dear renter, thank you for your constructive comments. To us it is especially important that the descriptions of our villas are proper and genuine, so we are a little surprised that your expectations were not fulfilled. The villa is in very good conditions and this month new windows will be placed in the whole house. We think it is a good idea to leave some basic stuff for the renters, like i.e. water, spicery, oil, vinegar, etc. These products are all recent and can be consumed or not. Kind regards
