Expected more for the price

Good bits: the location was quiet and close to the market and the port with its restaurants, The kitchen was well equipped and the sitting room was large and had plenty of sitting options, as did the outside. The not so good bits: the loos were very small, think smaller than aircraft loos, and lacked basins. Be careful how you interpret "en suite"; two of the bedrooms had no loos, and the smaller bedroom had a very small duvet. Overall cleanliness left something to be desired. All in all I would expect more for the price.

Tres belle maison avec de beaux volumes. Trés bien située dans une ville agréable et authentique. La cour est trés agréable. Nous avons de beaux et bons souvenirs de ce séjour sur l'ile de ré.

Zalig eiland

We hebben weer genoten van het eiland. Alleen het matras in de grote slaapkamer aan het einde van het halletje is echt heel slecht. Verder een prima verblijf. Bij aankomst bleek er echter geen barbecue aanwezig te zijn

Merci d’avoir choisi notre maison pour vos vacances et d’avoir pris le temps de partager vos impressions. Le matelas de la grande chambre a été remplacé il y a trois ans ; il s’agit d’un modèle de qualité hôtelière (Treca Impérial Pullman). Nous allons tout de même vérifier ce qui pourrait expliquer votre inconfort. Concernant le barbecue, nous comprenons votre déception, mais nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas en proposer, en raison des risques élevés d’incendie dans la région. Cela est précisé dans l’annonce. Encore merci pour votre séjour, et nous espérons avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau bientôt ! Thank you for choosing our home for your holiday and for taking the time to share your feedback. The mattress in the main bedroom was replaced three years ago; it is a high-quality hotel-grade model (Treca Impérial Pullman). That said, we will check to see what might be causing any discomfort. As for the barbecue, we understand it may be disappointing, but unfortunately we cannot provide one due to the high risk of wildfires in the area. This is also noted in the listing. Thank you again for your stay, and we hope to welcome you back soon!

Belle maison de vacances pleine de charme

La maison est pleine du charme de l'ancien; elle est très bien située, à quelques minutes à pied du centre/port très animé et plus bruyant. Tout était parfait. Dommage que le chauffage dans 2 des 3 chambres ne fonctionnait pas, ni la télé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Chère madame Je suis désolée pour la TV Effectivement elle ne fonctionnait pas ( je l’ignorais ) et quand vous me l’avez annoncé, à ma proposition d’envoyer quelqu’un , votre réponse « ce n’es pas la peine , ça nous fera du bien Je suis arrivée le lendemain de votre départ et ai rebranché un fil d’antenne près de la porte .. peu de chose et dommage pour vous pour le chauffage ??? Ça je ne comprends pas ? Tous les radiateurs fonctionnaient.. et dans les 3 chambres Vous avez passé de bonnes vacances et en suis ravie J’avais tout fait pour cela y compris de vous aider à distance ( vous en Nouvelle Zélande, moi en France) à organiser : votre arrivée sur l’île .. distractions, visites Bon été à vous et votre famille y compris au petit chien

Très bonnes vacances

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour . Maison authentique, très bien située. Seul bémol , les travaux de rénovation intensifs et bruyants de la maison voisine, pas question de faire une sieste...

Oui ma jolie maison est très agréable , calme et bien située ( proche du port , du marché et des pistes cyclables Et hélas la maison voisine est en travaux !! Et je n’y peux rien .. Heureusement ces travaux se terminent Ils en sont aux peintures et finitions

Parenthèse de bonheur !!!

Quel havre de paix !!! Jolie maison, cosy, avec une cour qui isole de la foule quand on a besoin de calme comme c'est notre cas. Il y avait tout pour être heureux dans cette maison, si je le peux à je reviendrai. Proximité du port, des magasins, du marché, tout se fait à pied ou en vélo : le rêve pour des vacances régénérantes. Merci!!!
