The house is adjacent but completely independent.
The pool is private secured by a fence to standard. The terrace of 20 m2 south is shaded by maple and linden, the ground is closed (350 m2) by hedges and a gate that can be lock. The garage can accommodate two medium sized cars. The village is 10 minutes walk and you will find all the food shops.

Très jolie maison, avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Le jardin est magnifique, la piscine est bien sécurisée. Bref, à recommander sans hésitation.

Nettes Ferienhaus mit Pool und schattiger Terrasse

Wir wurden freundlich und zuvorkommend von den Hausbesitzern empfangen, die sehr hilfsbereit waren. Das Haus ist nett eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kuechenausstattung war auch OK. Der Pool incl. Ausstattung ist sehr schoen. Fuer den Sommer ist die schattige, baumbestandene Terrasse ideal. Wir waren im Herbst dort und fanden es manchmal etwas dunkel. Das Haus liegt sehr verkehrsguenstig, man kann die Geschaefte in Sablet zu Fuss erreichen und auch nach Seguret laesst es sich in ca 40 Minuten spazieren. Allerdings hoert man auch die Strasse sehr deutlich, besonders in der Weinerntezeit fahren morgens schon Erntemaschinen entlang. Dennoch ist unser Gesamteindruck sehr positiv und haben wir eine sehr schoene Woche verbracht.

Propriétaire très sympathique. Tout était prêt à notre arrivée. Les photos correspondent parfaitement à la réalité et la maison est bien équipée.

Maison agreable pour 6 personnes

Séjour court dansune belle région. Maison bien placée pour profiter des Dentelles de Montmirail et des villes d'histoire. Il faudrait revenir après le moi de mai pour profiter de la piscine.

Excellente adresse

Nous étions 10 personnes (4 couples, un célibataire et un enfant de 12 ans) pour le weekend de pentecôte 2010 : propriétaires acceuillants, endroit très calme, piscine bien entretenue, maison spacieuse et trés "clean" avec tout le confort et équipement nécessaire au niveau cuisine et sanitaire. Enfin, chien trés bien accepté ! Un endroit à recommander pour passer quelques bons moment entre amis ou en famille...
