Das Ferienhaus ist für einen Sommerurlaub bestimmt sehr gut geeignet, für einen Winterurlaub auf Mallorca eher weniger. Wir haben im Ferienhaus gefroren, da es lediglich über die Klimaanlage und einen kleinen Kamin beheizt werden kann. Außerdem gab es nicht wie ursprünglich in der Anzeige aufgeführt einen Wäschetrockner. Wir haben gerade bei dem regnerischen und recht kühlem Wetter unsere Wäsche nur sehr schwer trocknen können.Ansonsten ist das Ferienhaus mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht.
