About this property

Beautiful Lakefront Home with Exceptional Views!

Beautiful, clean and modern, four bedroom, three bath house located on two acres in a peaceful setting along a small lake. During the day, enjoy relaxing on the 1000 square foot deck, enjoy the lake or spend time at any of the nearby town beaches. The backyard offers a great setting for a reunion or simply to catch a nap in the hammock.

In the evening, take a dip in the 4 person jacuzzi/hot tub, relax in the sauna room enjoy dinner off the grill. The house features a dining room with seating for ten, an eat-in kitchen table with seating for four, and a large living room with a fireplace and a beautiful view of the lake.

The Master suite includes it's own large bathroom, balcony overlooking the lake and a fireplace for those cool evenings.

Downstairs on the ground level we have a game room complete with 9' pool table, dart board, chess/checkers table, assorted boardgames. For those interested in fishing, our lake is fully stocked (some of the best fishing is right off our dock!).

The house is in an area full of wildlife. Surrounded by acres of forest and facing a small lake. You will see deer, turkeys, birds, foxes, chayotes, turtles, frogs, ducks, guise and swans among other critters. As in any rural area the presence of insects in the outdoors such as mosquitoes, ticks, or flies is inevitable.

While this is an esthetically pleasing house with plenty of amenities, it is still a home, not a commercial venue, and far from perfect like most homes are. I prefer to host guests who have a positive attitude, who are uncomplicated and focus on the beauty this property can offer.

Our family stayed here to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. It is a great spot for family gatherings. The property is spacious and offers a variety of activities between the lake, pool table and hot tub/sauna or you can just relax in the hammock or on the beautiful deck. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a getaway in the Cape.

Beautiful property on serene pond complete with kayaks and canoes to enjoy the peace. Extremely well furnished and the game room had something for everyone. Everyone enjoyed their time. We we surprised to find such a great property that would allow less than a full week stay.

Three couples were on the Cape to attend a friend’s wedding. We LOVED this home. It was clean, spacious and stunningly beautiful with many lovely touches.We especially enjoyed the deck overlooking the lawn and lake. Our host was very responsive and gave us excellent info.We plan to return!

This property is absolutely stunning! Between the beautiful view of the pond, the large outdoor space, the game room, the hot tub and sauna this home had so many wonderful amenities to take part in! This trip was for a bachelorette weekend! And we couldn’t have chose a better home to celebrate the bride! Roxana was an amazing host! Her instructions for the home were clear and concise and she was extremely accommodating! I highly recommend this home for your next stay! I am the mom of triplet boys so I’m always very busy! The house has been in the family for over two decades and has provided a great opportunity for gathering with friends and family. We spend half of the year living here and we enjoy the peace and privacy of the setting.

Why they chose this property

After 22 years of sharing this house with guests, I’m pleased to say that 99% of those who have stayed had a memorable time. Many continue to come back year after year so that is a reassuring feeling! We always have a great time at the house and we are certain you will enjoy it as well. It's easy to get to the area from nearby Boston, where I live. The lake provides a peaceful setting, yet you can get to the beach and other activities on the Cape quickly. We especially enjoy going for a hike at the conservation land across the street from our house!
This is a home, not a commercial rental so please level set your exceptions. Nothing is perfect in life!

What makes this property unique

Large open floor plan and extensive back yard. Makes it ideal for entertainment. Our house provides a family oriented atmosphere in a great residential neighborhood. This is our second home so I keep up with it with great detail. Access to the pond and 200 acres of conservation land across the street with great trails.
