Welcome to paradise! Spend your days relaxing on the beautiful lanai in your own spa like sanctuary. It's the perfect area for you to watch the fish and rays play in the water, read a book or sip a beverage. Don't miss walking and biking through the beautiful neighborhood or walk down to your own private dock to fish or take your boat on an adventure to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or the Gulf of Mexico! The perfect day doesn't end there—watch the colorful sky as the sun goes down while cooking a steak on the gas grill, followed by a peaceful moonlit evening swim.
Once inside the home, you'll find spacious, light filled rooms with spectacular views of the water! The house has a very open light and airy feel to it with large glass doors leading to the lanai. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a big screen Tv and comfortable sofas and luxurious linens and towels.

Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom makes this the perfect home for 3 couples or large families traveling together! The master bedroom suite features a TV, king bed and walk in shower in the spacious bathroom. On the other side of the home are 2 guest bedrooms, each with their own TVs and attached bathroom. This is truly a home, not just a vacation rental, elegantly appointed and furnished with every amenity needed for a relaxing vacation. The home is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for a easy vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, Laundry soap, a starter pack of toilet paper and paper towels, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrella, gas grill, etc, etc, this is a home away from home.

My family had the best time at this rental! Everything that could make your stay easy and enjoyable has been provided. The home and pool area are very clean. The pool was the perfect temperature. Some rentals are very stingy with soaps, paper goods, trash bags, etc but with this rental we didnt have to buy a lot of extras. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. When working with the hosts all questions and emails were answered promptly. Thanks for making our vacation great!

This place is absolutely amazing. It’s more beautiful than the pictures. The host is very accommodating. It’s an absolutely wonderful location, right on the canal and just a few minutes away from town. We had a blast and we would definitely stay again.

Wonderful and relaxing vacation

The house has a great location with a great neighborhood. There are many excursion possibilities nearby. Supermarkets and restaurants can be reached quickly by car. The facilities, cleanliness and tidiness of the house made our vacation perfect. We would come back at any time. We were very satisfied.

Cape Coral Connection

This is a beautiful home with a wonderful pool. The kitchen is well stocked and there are bicycles, kayaks, floaters and other miscellaneous toys to make your stay more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning!

Amazing home

The home was just as described and looked better in person than the pictures, we loved the house,the pool, the sunsets, very well appointed and the beds were amazing!only drawback was it was farther from beach than anticipated, not even close to a deal breaker but 25 mins is not possible to Ft Myers beach, closer to 35. Other beaches in area longer drive was expected

The host for this property is top notch. We had an enjoyable week. Florida was in a record cold snap for a few days that made the pool unusable pretty much the whole time that we were there. One thing to note is that the pool is heated by a heat pump according to the maintenance person. When the air is cold, so is pool. It isn't a very quick recovery system so the pool was cold the whole week. We made the best of it. While we were bummed that the pool was not usable, the rest of the trip was amazing. We had 6 people in the house and had plenty of room. We enjoyed the kayaks and bikes. This house is on a quiet street and canal. It was almost perfect for our trip. We will be back during a time when we can enjoy the pool!

Spring Break

We booked this house for a spring break trip for 3 adults and 2 teens. Plenty of room for everyone. The house has EVERYTHING you need. Bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, fishing poles, cooler, I could go on and on. Check in was a breeze and the owners were prompt with replies. Would highly recommend.

5 Star Excellent Stay!

Husband and I stayed over 4th of July. Excellent accommodations. Very clean, lovely, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of pool toys and bikes to ride. Rainy, very humid season but Outdoor living area is sheltered and perfect for sitting and watching rain…pool area was great and relaxing. Excellent A/C and de-humidifier in home made it very comfortable. Beds and pillows are nice-slept great!! Roomy and neat place! Property manager is easy to communicate with and cleaning crew showed right at 10am day of departure.

We loved the location and area. The house was perfect for 3 couples. The home was SO clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with excellent items for use. The pool and hot tub was the issue as it didn’t work/ heat up and once they were able to get it heated the hot tub never bubbled as it needed a new part! Over all, we loved our place and would rent it again. Tony was excellent to work with.

This home is even more beautiful in person! It was so clean and stocked with trash bags, dishwasher tabs, laundry pods, paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels, beach towels, coffee pods, just to name a few daily household needs! There were 2 kayaks, plenty of beach chairs, beach umbrella, pool floats, and the girls LOVED riding the bicycles through the neighborhood! It was so nice and quiet. We took full advantage of the pool and spa. I would move in if I could haha only thing I would suggest is to make sure you spray yourself good with bug spray when you walk down to the dock. We learned that the hard way lol We had the best time and there was more than enough room for three couples. I'd love to come back one day! I can't recommend this home enough!

Nice Open House

The house was clean and loved the open concept. Easy instructions to get into the house. Great communication. The internet worked wonderful but for some reason it would kick the televisions off or our phones. It would do it at random times. Not sure why. Wouldn't detour us from renting again. Also to there is a difference between a spa and a jacuzzi. Did not know that till now.
