Very nice location

It is a very nice location, but there was air fresheners which lead us to a bad smell in a closet, usually it is not a good thing. But we were mostly outside so it didn't really affect us too much.

Great place to stay

We (2 adults and 2 children) had a lovely stay at Valentino's accommodation. Everything was there what you need. Valentino even took care of WiFi for us. The apartment is spacious and well divided. On the large terrace you can enjoy the evenings. Air conditioning gave us cool nights. The pool in the complex was very nice and super clean. There were even loungers for sunbathing. Valentino was very friendly and helpful with every contact. We would love to come back and recommend this accommodation.

Excellent Apartment

We enjoyed a fantastic 2 week stay in this well located apartment. Valentino is a very attentive host and was very quick to respond if there were ever any issues or if we needed some advice. The apartment is very well located on a nice quiet residential street but it is still within a vibrant area with numerous shops, bars and restaurants.The lakeside is no more than a couple of minutes walk from the apartment and Sirmione Castle and the main tourist hub is a very pleasant 30 minute stroll. We loved the fact that the apartment was on the ground floor. It was only metres away from the large swimming pool which was extremely well maintained and rarely busy. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay Valentino. We would definitely hope to return one day.

Ruhige Lage, aber kurze Wege in Lokale, Eisdielen, Bäcker, Supermarkt und ans Seeufer. Eine sehr saubere Unterkunft, tolle Terrasse, Tiefgaragenstellplatz, Pool mit zeitweise Badmeister, gute Ausstattung der Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke, für dieses wirklich tolle Ferienerlebnis in einem sehr schönen Ort.

Toller Pool, sehr zentral gelegen. 5 min zum Einkaufen und 5 min bis zum Strand.Tiefgarage vorhanden. Terrasse hätte können aufgeräumter sein, aber prinzipiell alles ausreichend vorhanden an Inventar.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung!Klimaanlage funktioniert gut und die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig.Die Wohnung liegt 5 Mi uten vom Gardasee und von Einkaufsmöglichkeit.Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich.Einzige Minuspunkt: es gibt nur italienische Sender im Fernsehen.

Sehr netter Vermieter. Wohnung sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. 3 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum See. Pool im Garten sauber und schön. Restaurants sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Insgesamt alles sehr gut und weiter zu empfehlen.

Eine super Ferienwohnung. Sehr sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Schön ruhig und trotzdem nah am Zentrum und alles gut zu erreichen. Wir waren 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) Der tolle große Pool war natürlich der Höhepunkt gerade für die Kinder. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Un agréable séjour a sirmione, tres belle prestation calme et sans vi a vi , superbe piscine, une belle personne qui loue ce logement, autour du lac de jolie village et un lac surprenant, je recommande vivement ce logement avec une vue sur le balcon

Alles ist vorhanden , aber in die Jahre gekommen . Vor allem die Terrassentüre hängt und macht großen Lärm. Sehr freundlicher Empfang . Leider kein wifi .

Ruhig und doch zentral

Wir hatten 11 Nächte in der Wohnung mit 2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind und ein Baby. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Wurden von seinen Eltern nett empfangen. Hier und da muss die Wohnung einige Schönheiten verpasst bekommen (z.b. Bad/Dusche) aber an für sich alles in Ordnung. Leider gibt es nur Italienisches Fernseherprogramm und eine Spülmaschine ist auch nicht vorhanden. Der Pool war zu unserem Zeitpunkt sehr wenig besucht, so das wir teilweise den Bademeister für uns alleine hatten. ;-) Möbel für die Therasse haben die besten Jahre auch schon hinter sich. Für uns toll das die Terrasse umzäunt war/ist. Alles in einem war es ein gelungener schöner Urlaub. Wir können es weiter empfehlen.

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour au bord du lac de Garde. Le logement est tout à fait conforme à l’annonce. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir bénéficier d’une piscine, la proximité du lac et des commerces. Le cadre est très agréable et le propriétaire très accueillant.

"L''appartamento è come da indicazioni del sito ed anche le foto sul sito sono esaustive. La casa è fornita di tutto il necessario (ed anche di più), piscina compresa ed è in una via silenziosissima. Noi siamo una famiglia con 2 ragazzi e ci siamo trovati molto bene pur avendo una sola camera con letto matrimoniale ed il divano letto matrimoniale nel salotto. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. E'' un appartamento da tenere in considerazione anche per il contesto; il quartiere Colombare è fornito di tutto (market, negozi, pizzerie, ristoranti ecc) anche se ci sono un paio di chilometri per il Centro Storico (servito anche da bus)."
